As a life long Dr Who fan, watching the series since its inception in 1963, I admit to being a little disappointed in the last 2 series with Jodie Whittaker as the Doctor.
Don’t get me wrong, she is a fine actor, and Chris Chibnall an equally fine writer, but it just didn’t work with, I think, the series trying to make itself too serious and “socially aware”.
This latest one though, The Flux, has changed all of that, and to me Dr Who is back to its rollicking good fun and nonsense. I mean, who would have thought of an Earth saving Silky Terrier with a Northern accent…
So we thought why not go searching for an appropriately themed sci-fi tutorial for this week and so here it is.
