Magna Systems showcases latest technology and solutions at METexpo 22

On stand A2 from 15-17 March at the ICC Darling Harbour

Magna System’s stand at the inaugural METexpo was one of the largest and most successful at the show. At this year’s event Magna not only returns but demonstrates its unwavering support for the industry with a stand packed to the rafters with the latest, cutting-edge products and solutions across the company’s main “four pillars” of media and entertainment technology.

Magna group sales and marketing manager Paul Maroni explained, “METexpo is a very important event. To demonstrate our commitment to the industry and how we’ve grown since the last show, we will be demonstrating and showcasing technology and solutions from our ‘four market pillars’ which are Media Infrastructure, Studio Production, Content & Distribution and Storage & Archive.”

After the last METexpo Magna signed two of their biggest ever media and infrastructure deals including a major installation at MediaHub Australia, so it’s no great surprise this will again be a key focus at METexpo 22.

On the Media Infrastructure part of their stand they will feature the latest from EVS MI including the Cerebrum broadcast control system along with the Neuron network attached processor, the ground-breaking TAG monitoring solution, RTS IP intercoms and Blackbox IP KVM.

Then in Studio Production there will be the Chyron Prime Live software defined production platform and the very latest from real-time virtual studio production specialists, Zero Density including a green screen set-up and live virtual studio.

Content & Distribution will be ably covered by products and solutions from MediaKind, Enensys, Appear, Nevion, VideoFlow (video delivery over any IP network) and Coral Bay cloud native playout automation.

Finally, their Storage & Archive demonstrations and showcases will feature the latest from Telestream Kumulate content management software, Telstream DIVA content storage management, Actus Digital media monitoring and compliance and EditShare media management and storage.

Magna Systems group CEO Matthew Clemesha added, “METexpo represents a real opportunity for the industry to come together. It also gives us as suppliers, system integrators and technology providers the chance to showcase and demonstrate our knowledge and the very latest from our solutions partners. As many people still won’t be going to the larger overseas tradeshows anytime soon, Magna’s stand at METexpo is very much a place where people can gather, acquire knowledge and explore different solutions from multiple vendors in their own backyard.”

Magna’s stand at METexpo will have live working demos of all their showcased products and solutions and have product experts at hand for anyone requiring more in-depth analysis and discussions.

Maroni added, “Our METexpo stand will encompass a fully operational and integrated SMPTE ST2110 workflow under the control of EVS Cerebrum. This means you will be able to experience any one part or a fully integrated demonstration of all the technology we have on-board live and in realtime.”

Magna will also be a key participant in the drinks and networking events held on each day of METexpo 22
