ATEN ANZ Announces John Garfi as New Audio Visual Business Unit

Plans to implement reference sites with complete turn-key solutions in all states to encourage Consultants and AV Integrators to bench test hardware for complete confidence in the field.

ATEN has told us of the appointment of John Garfi as their new Audio Visual Business Unit Manager. With over 30 years of experience in Audio Visual/ICT Integration, Sales, Consulting, Rental and Production within the industry, John comes to the table with a motivated outlook to further develop the brand’s AV business throughout the ANZ region.

As an experienced ICT Sales Executive with a strong track record of implementing new solutions to achieve organisational objectives, John will direct focus on building ATEN’s brand recognition as a forward-thinking vendor within the AV space, and strengthening relationships with their end users. He plans to implement reference sites with complete turn-key solutions in all states, to actively walk new customers through, provide product demonstrations and encourage Consultants and AV Integrators to bench test hardware for complete confidence in the field.

Prior to joining ATEN ANZ, John was a Senior Sales Executive at EQUANS ANZ and an Audio Visual Specialist at RMIT University. Here he has proven outcome driven results, acting as a Manager and Mentor with extensive business development achievements fostered through a client-centric approach. John will bring his combination of strategic, operational, financial, technical, business, project and portfolio management experience to ATEN.

  1. Our company bought some video extenders from ATEN, Raymond’s over promising on product availability almost costs us of lost the entired project, end up his manager and PM come to the rescue.
