New SONY microsite just for VLOGGERS

Sony Australia has announced the launch of their latest initiative, Vlog With Sony, a one-stop destination to support and inspire emerging and established vloggers.

The Vlog With Sony microsite hosts a wealth of tips, tricks and gear suggestions, whilst providing insight from Australian content creators who are producing original and engaging content using their Sony cameras, including Stephen and Jess from Flying The Nest and Elly Awesome.

The initiative is also being brought to life with Sony’s Vlogging Academy. From the second half of this year, Sony will be hosting a series of in-depth training workshops for vloggers on how to take their video production game to the next level and to get hands on with the entire range of Sony Digital Imaging products.

Sony Australia’s Head of Business Unit – Digital Imaging ANZ, Jun Yoon said: “no matter when, where or what you’re documenting, Sony offers a vast range of Digital Imaging gear that can support your content creation. We’re so excited to be able to showcase what our products offer to experienced and aspiring vloggers of every skill level and budget, and provide avenues for them to pursue their passions and develop their storytelling.”

Elly Awesome, TV Presenter, Vlogger & Videographer added: “I’ve been vlogging for eight years and I still love it, just check out my recent trip to South Korea with Sony! When I started my vlogging journey, there were so many different cameras and lenses to choose from – it was overwhelming. I would have loved to have had access to a resource like Vlog With Sony that offered me guidance and support to create the best content possible. Whether you’ve been in the vlogging game for years, or you’re starting to learn about the industry, Sony’s initiative will help you grow as a content creator.”

The Vlog With Sony microsite is now live here. To share your expression of interest for the first Vlogging Academy event to be held in H2 2019, please visit here.
